All of our shipping is from our main warehouse in Chicago IL. and is FOB shipping point. Dimensions play a great roll in how we can ship. All of our small items or packages that are within the UPS size and weight constraints will ship with UPS. Size and weight outside the UPS weight constraints will ship by truck or common carrier. It is not unusual that on small orders the freight cost is more than the order itself. Items under 8’ long can ship via UPS.

Return Policy:

Return is allowed with authorization (RGA) # the reason for the return will first be determined. If there is a mistake made by the customer the return could be subjected to a 20% restocking charge. The customer will be responsible for the return freight charges. If there is a product defect or a mistake made by us we will absorb all charges to get the product back to us.

Stipulation for return goods is that the product should be in good condition and resalable.

We urge our customers to carefully check their shipment for physical damage upon receiving the goods. It is important if there is physical damage to report it with the carrier before they leave your premises. You should get from the carrier a signed acknowledgement of the damage.

Warranties and Liability Statement:
